ordered a BLACK pair of castelli shorts they arrived red and white.. not even close to what i ordered. when i contacted them, they made it such a huge inconvenience to exchange that i said to forget it. i asked is there any discounts you can atleast offer me if i purchase something else. they offered me a 10% off passcode. i thought wow this is great thanks! but, the catch was you cant use the code on already saled items. turns out everything on the site is on sale so i couldnt even use the dumb code...! thanks guys!
