of course I wear this under my helmet. I wanted a cheap alternative to a helmet with a brim. I have a hard time with most one size fits all products in the cycling world, because I'm a fairly big guy (powerlifter with a penchant for cycling).but this cap stretches generously enough that it isn't leaving permanent identations in my cranium.
So even though the bike shop has to special order my XXL Castelli jerseys, this cap is a perfect fit.
